How long do I have to return an item for store credit?
The Red Closet Shop accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery of your order. Items must be free of use (make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair and any other markings). All shoes must unworn and sent back in original boxes/shoes bags. All other items must have tags attached. If an item is sent back AFTER 14 days (post-marked after the 14th day of delivery) of being delivered, it can not be accepted. If an item is returned with any of the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost.
Are there any products The Red Closet Shop does not offer store credit on?
We do not offer store credit on Last Chance items or Sale items or Jewelry. These items are FINAL SALE - NO EXCEPTIONS
Does The Red Closet Shop offer Refunds?
The Red Closet Shop does not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. We ONLY offer store credit.
Does the Red Closet Shop offer exchanges?
Our products move quickly, so we do not offer exchanges. We do however offer store credit. Once an item is returned, you will receive a store credit code that you are able to use toward the same purchased item in a different size (if it's available). Otherwise, the store credit can be used towards anything else on The Red Closet Shop and never expires, like ever.
Are sale items final sale?
Yes! All sale items especially BOGO, Warehouse, > 30% off, etc. are final sale.
When will I receive my store tracking code?
Returns are processed with in 5-7 business days. Once it is processed you will receive an email with your store credit code.
How do I return an item?
If you aren't obsessed with your item, please send us an email first informing us of your return! Send your return item email to: email@example.com. Include your order number, a tracking number and the item you will be sending back.
Customer is responsible for payment of shipping to return package back to The Red Closet Shop for store credit. The Red Closet Shop does not cover extra shipping costs whatsoever.
**PLEASE make sure your name/order number and/or email you purchased with is on or in the package somewhere. If we can't find who the package belongs to, we won't be able to issue a refund**
